Important note

Refund policy
Refunds are only processed to the original source of payment. Refunds are available for amounts above 30 USD (or equivalent). A refund fee of 20 USD (or equivalent) will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Automated Billing: Invoices are paid automatically without requiring manual intervention.
Security: The credit card must have 3D Secure enabled to ensure safe transactions.

If you have funds in your project and a credit card added, the funds will be used first.
Without Credit Card: You need to manually fund your project with $20 to activate the trial, giving you a total of $40 to start.

Credit Card: Enter your card details such as card number, expiration date, and CVV.
Cryptocurrency: Choose your desired cryptocurrency, and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the transfer.

Once funded, you can view your project's balance under Dashboard -> Projects or on the 'Invoices' page in the project section.
Minimum Payment Policy: We accept only payments greater than 500 CHF / 500 EUR / 500 USD.
Please use the following bank details to complete your payment. Ensure you include your reference correctly and send us an email at support@metacopier.io to notify us that you have initiated a bank transfer.
